Question Whats Better For A D.D?

Ok, I recently I have been taking a full party of 8 consisting of 2 D.Doers (An Elementalist and a Ranger), 2 Tanks (M.O.X. and a Warrior HenchMen), 2 Healers, 1 Paragon for support--and of course... ME (D/Mo)!! But I have been thinking about taking off one of the damage doers and tanks (probably the Warrior HenchMen), as I am one... Now,my question is, what D.D. Should I take off--The Elementalist or the Hunter. I know Hunters are good at spiking but I also know that Elementalists can put out some pretty consist damage. Also, the Hunter is better armored but the Elementalist does more damage in certain situations (correct me if I am wrong on that one).

So, what would be your opinion in what I should take off--The /E or the /R?

Get rid of both the tanks, replace with an mm who will make you 10 minion tanks and add support as well, also throw in another ele with wards and damage in the 2nd free slot.

i heard Ritalin....

Sorry had to...

On a serious note, melee hench/heroes have pretty piss poor ai tbh.

And if your a melee yourself, think about some splinter weapons, mark of pain, strength of honour, big buffs for big win.

In my opinion you should not have more then 2 people up front, even if your not really a tank,it doesnt matter 2 people up front are more then enough.

The AI doesnt really spike that well, they just dont use their skills that often. The MM is a good choice, be sure to put death nove on the MM,Heros are godly with it.

If your choice is down to ele and ranger for damage then you should take the ele, however the ranger will survive and take damage much better then the ele,but if you go with wards you will have good defense with that.

I mostly play with the henchies so i will give you my choice with them,1 front liner axe war sometimes but often I will take M.O.X.,Shock and Earth ele,Interrupt ranger,Me(in most cases the caster, monk,SoS or Necro,2 healers and one optional, sometimes the spirit hench or eve sometimes a second war or ranger

When you have access to a Necro Hero, I highly suggest a Minion Bomber:

[build prof=N/any death=12+1+3 soul=8+1][Jagged [email protected]][Animate Bone [email protected]][Death [email protected]][[email protected]][Optional][optional][optional][optional][/build]

For any other heroes:

Also for Henchmen, you can look up what skills they use here:

http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Henchmen

The articles of each individual Henchman also have an evaluation section such as pros and cons.

It's damage dealer, not damage doer btw.

Use caster heroes/henchmen, not melee and you will be fine .

When I play my warrior, one hero that I find very useful is the SoS Channeling Rt/Mo with 12 points in Smiting Prayers. Keeping Strength of Honor and Splinter Weapon up all the time makes for big damage.

Also, as someone else pointed out, physical henches are generally fairly lame. There's almost always a better caster option. Pretty much the only one I consider taking occasionally is Zho in GW:EN (Broad Head Arrow Interrupt).

You're a melee guy, your best bet is probably to get a N/Mo hero with minions and Dwayna's Sorrow. If you build the bar properly, you should still have room for Death Nova.
